Vikram Mehta
Vikram is an alumnus of the Darden Graduate School of Business, University of Virginia and a qualified Chartered Accountant. He has lead several advisory engagements including advising private equity funds on buyouts, cross border merger and acquisition advisory and private equity syndication. He has had experience across several industry verticals including food and agri, manufacturing, logistics etc.
Raj Aggarwal
Raj is a qualified engineer and an MBA. He has over 15 years of experience in the corporate sector, management consulting and investment banking. Raj has served several private sector companies with advisory relating to strategy, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity syndication and valuation services. Raj covers manufacturing and the natural resource sector within the firm.
Amrish Garg
Amrish completed his BCom (Hons) from Shriram College of Commerce , Delhi University and proceeded to complete his Chartered Accountancy. He was ranked 6th (All India) In the Chartered Accountancy Final Examination. Amrish has significant experience in valuations, restructuring and private equity. Amrish has significant experience in valuations, M&A and private equity in food and agri, logistics and consumer sector.
Pranav Puliani
Pranav Puliani is a senior manager with the firm's corporate finance practice. He has been involved in restructuring of various groups across different sectors. His past experience involves working with groups like HCL, Naspers, Religare, Fortis etc with more than two years of Big 4 experience. He has in the past been an active speaker at CA student conferences.
